Spam calls.
Their mission is great, but the numbers must be recycled because I asked for a new number a couple of months ago, and since then I have been receiving several scam calls per day about immigration. I'm white and English... in England. It's getting irritating having to constantly screen my calls.

Good Exprerience
It was quick and easy to access the Ecotalk website and purchase my SIMs. When I needed support to activate the SIMs, it was straightforward to contact customer services and my query was dealt with promptly. The SIM activation process was very convenient and the timescale and process was as anticipated based on the advice provided by Ecotalk.

Win Win
It was a smooth transition from a contract with EE to a pay as you go eSIM with Ecotalk so much so I barely noticed the change over.
The reason behind my change was I didn't need a new handset, didn't want to get tied to yet another contract and wanted to do my bit for nature. On the tech side Ecotalk piggy back EE's infrastructure so you get great coverage. Win win.

I love this company
I love this company. I have never yet lost signal yet with Tesco or Sky it was awful. The customer service is really good. The best part when you ring them is if you are put on hold. No awful music, just the beautiful sounds of birds tweeting away.
I would recommend this company all day long.
I have unlimited on my phone. Its brilliant and we get to help British wildlife.

My only issue is EE who provide the network are sponsoring the Reform conference (?) Which doesn't match the EcoTalk ethos.

All-round great network provider
Customer of a few years, and swift response and resolution when a recent phone change resulted in me losing my data connectivity. Emailed, and the following day I had two potential resolutions through; the first one did the job.
Love that Ecotalk reinvests its profits into restoring and protecting Britain’s natural world. Imagine if everything we paid for did such community-forward things with their profits! We'd live in a much cleaner and future-proofed world.

Refreshingly good customer service experience

Peace of mind
Joined them after my bad experience with GiffGaff.
Similar prices. Same coverage.
The thing that gives Ecotalk the five stars is simple. Speaking to a human is so easy. If you need help out of hours you just need to wait the next day or send them an email and they’ll sort it all out ASAP.
Can’t see myself leaving Ecotalk anytime soon. It’s also great to know UK taxes are being paid and profits are being put to important work. I hope it always stays like this.
