The customer service is excellent. I was waiting for a dress to come back in stock and because I wasn’t able to get one previously due to a shipment problem, Jordan emailed me to let me know that it was back in stock. I’m glad because it was almost sold out again and I would have missed out otherwise! Thank you, Jordan!!

Personable and kind customer service
I've shopped easy clothes a number of times and really love my pieces- and tend to get lots of compliments! Recently, I accidentally ordered 2 of the same sweater. I realized it the following morning and emailed their customer service to see if they could take it off and issue a refund. They responded promptly within a couple of hours and with kindness and no questions asked, issued a refund and took the sweater off my order. Not to mention this was on a weekend day. It's so hard to find good customer service these days, but they definitely impressed me. I will continue to shop for cute staple pieces in my wardrobe!

Ok the clothes are adorable I have about 8 pieces. From jeans to to tops to dresses. The best part though is the customer service. They handled things kindly, patiently and efficiently when I didn't understand that I ordered a pre order item then reordered. They were so helpful. Will continue buying from them hands down

The best customer service
I haven’t gotten my order yet but I’m already a loyal customer based on my customer service experience! I made a mistake and had my shipment sent to my billing address instead of my mailing address. I emailed the company fully expecting them to tell me they couldn’t fix my mistake but to my surprise, Olivia responded back in minutes letting me know she had made the update! You can’t find this kind of customer care anymore, so this interaction left a lasting impression!

I made my first purchase, and unfortunately the quality and fit did not suit me. I submitted an inquiry via the email and was responded to almost instantaneously. They approved the refund submitted a return label and waived any fees. Top-of-the-line Customer Service in my opinion.
