Super -prompt - service, really happy with my ear seeds. 🥰

I have only used these ear sears for 4 weeks and tried different positions each week. The positions for sleep definitely did work for me and I noticed effects on day 2-3. I also messaged as I had a couple of questions and I received a reply within an hour both times.
The seeds in general stayed on the whole 5 days Only lost a couple.
I would definitely recommend trying this holistic approach and I will be placing an additional order

I used these ear seeds on the lead up to my wedding when I was so on edge and extremely stressed. I had moved back home from another country and was living with my in-laws so was definitely a very unsettling period in my life and I wasn’t coping. These ear seeds really took the edge off for me and I felt a massive benefit. They made my ears sensitive in places but this reduced over time- I took this as they were working and doing their job.
I recently reached out to east healing on instagram to ask for some advice on something and the owner of the company took the time to send me a voice note. I thought this was a testament to how dedicated she is to her business and customer care. I’ve recommended east healing to my friends and my dad who has chronic pain. Will be buying again!

Im still quite new to this but feel it does help, I like the fact it comes with a little guide also for womens health- as someones who hormones are starting to shift, I feel this keeps me calm ✨️

Not sure if these work find them very hard to take off strip to apply with tweezers provided some of them came off and the gold seed fell off after applying per instructions one is now missing from my ear , ear canal now painful so on my way to doctor to have a look down ☹️

I used in one ear for 4 days and I developed a painful lump where one of the ear seeds had been so I'm very cautious about trying them again and therefore did not experience any benefits.

The ring broke on my 1st wear. Sent 2 emails explaining this but no response as yet.

Honestly within 3 weeks of using the seeds my gut health has improved dramatically, I would have some form
Of gut pain daily from mild to severe and am now pain free most days.

I bought the product. But never saw any difference in my headaches migraines.

I bought these ear seeds from East Healing... l have anxiety ... l am on my 4th day of using them .... I have slept much better and feel less anxious especially when l wake up.... don't think it a coincidence at all... looking forward to the next few days and weeks. I have washed my hair twice since l stuck them on my ear ... yes they are still stuck there.

I found that my anxiety has reduced. I love them.

Fiddly and annoying! I was really looking forward to these arriving and trying them. Unfortunately they are difficult to get into position and I have wasted 5 trying to get one of them into position C for digestive issues. Perhaps they work I would not know as I am now giving up! They are not cheap enough to waste a whole packet trying to position them!

So I am a Reflexologist amongst other holistic practices that I love the concept and benefits of. Been practising for 28 years and currently working from home. I am open to ancient methods so I thought I would try the ear seeds for myself firstly. I am an insulin dependant Diabetic (35 yrs) and my nervous system is always in fight and flight mode and it can be exhausting if my sugar levels are up and down. It's a science that requires a lot of attention.

Ear seeds have given me some extra self help tool which seems to aiding my day to day . Too early to be totally sure of the benefits and or if it's the placebo effect, which in itself is a positive change. So I am still on the fence but a willing participant . I am also working with my adult son who can get overwhelmed at times, he likes the concept and feeling positive about his noticeable focus and calm influence just lately. Happy to try more x

Second lot of ear seeds decided to go with the Pearl ones.So pretty people thought they were piecings.Taken them out so will pop some more in later this week.I don't think i will stop wearing them now.
Sleep so much better.I finally feel my cortisol levels are dropping and getting my nervous system back on track
