Customer service is like no other. I'm not use to bitcoin, so to have someone patiently walk me through says a whole lot.

I sometimes have buffering and freezing issues, but the customer service is first rate.
Overall, EAGLECAST does an excellent job.

Oh my gosh, I tried the trial for 2 days, excellent service, no freezing, no buffering, just excellent all over.
When I signed up for the month, I am not very techy at all, this customer service agent, Gabrielle spent 2 hours or more with me, to download the payment plan, and step by step, helped me through it all, very very patient agent.
Then, I did not realize it was in American money, I only sent $14.99 in Canadian funds, was going to send more, but Gabrielle said no, its okay this time, but to make sure next time, I send the correct amount.
Like I said, excellent customer service, and excellent iptv..
Everyone should look into Eaglecast IPTV....

Great until its NOT! Had it on two devices for almost 9 months. Last week one stopped working and today the other one just buffers. I cleared the cache & no luck. They advertise support 24/7, that also is NOT true! They have a pop-up saying their offline due to the world cup, until tomorrow morning. Well thats NOT going to do me any good. I PAID for a year & PAID for support.

The help getting setup was really really good. Quick response every time. The streaming service is on point. No freezing and the price is affordable. I hope it stays that way!!!

Just finished the 1-year plan, but will not renew. Enjoyed the service, thought that there was a great selection of movies and shows, and the customer service reps were very helpful and fast. However - when I went to renew, I was told only crypto (Bitcoin) transfers are accepted as payment for the subscriptions. This is a huge hurdle for someone who has never bought crypto, and is living in a foreign country where crypto services are restricted or blocked. I understand wanting to accept alternative forms of payment, but cutting out most mainstream methods of payment really restricts who can pay for this service.

We have been looking for an IPTV provider for a while now. We've tried many different ones, some on free trial and a couple for a month trial. Eaglecast is by far the best!! Great content and not a lot of junk we wouldn't watch. Very little buffering compared to the other ones and great 24/7 customer service. They respond very quickly almost instantly. And the price is so reasonable and includes 3 devices. We just signed up for 2 years today. So glad that we found Eaglecast!!

Eagle Cast is by far the best service around. The picture quality is unmatched. The channel stability is incredible. The customer service is amazing. You will never be disappointed. Give it a try. You will see what I mean. The best in the business hands down.

I trialed numerous IPTV options and EagleTV was as stable as the best options I tried, but the speed and helpfulness of their support lifted them above the competition. Very happy so far.

The customers service is outstanding. The quality of viewing is excellent and everything is easy to navigate. I was also apprehensive about bitcoin but, with a bit of guidance, the process went seamlessly. Good for another year of reliable viewing.

The folks at EagleCast TV simply exceed my every expectation. I was reluctant to commit to the only option of Bitcoin, but a little research and help from Gabriel, really set my mind at ease. Sure, not as easy as credit card payment, but I'm set-up now, so piece of cake. They were there to answer every question and quick as well. All of our favorite channels (and then some) that we watch are on. Highly recommend. A+++
