Had a fairly poor experience; I was really excited to get a Mk23 when most places were out of stock. I purchased a brand new item but it shipped with damage near the safety catch.

I reported the issue immediately (within 20 mins of the delivery, whilst at work) and the response I got from Richard was unprofessional, and less than helpful - I ended up having to go through PayPal in order to reach a resolution, a partial refund which I accepted (can't find another Mk23 for love nor money!).

Safe to say I would advise caution purchasing online from Eagle6 Airsoft - if like me it's your only option for a particular model or part, I recommend using a credit card or protected payment provider.

Brought a T M G 36 had a full intern upgrade was filled with confidence with the charm of Richard was impressed when I used the gun wads even more impressed after a few games it broke down so I drove 60 miles to the shop and after a few weeks drove back to get it used it 1 ga.e it broke this went in for a year I was td that much jargon and he charged me for a upgrade when it was under warranty in the end he emailed me and said he didn't no when and if he could fix it ????? I was mortified with well over £1300 in a aeg ???? Anyway fool it to another tech who found amateur wiring trapped wires and not up to the performance he denied it was wrong even after me watching a video of the problem and he hasn't given me compensation for me fuel or the new tech bill he just said I have no warranty because another tech had been inside it I mean what cheek airsoft community keep clear if this company he just a company they are not honest traders

Have bought quite a bit of stuff off Eagle6 & can say I've never had anything bad off Richard everything has been positive,I've been buying stuff for the last 6 years & have spent thousands,he's a very busy man & so you should appreciate his time because he also has a family life as well & can honestly say I've become a friend of Richards & understand the pressure it takes to run a business.

I ordered a tm mp7 with some work to the barrel and hop, the gun was promptly upgraded and a video was uploaded proving the functionality of the immitation firearm after work was completed.

I contacted eagle6 for an update on my order and they responded within a couple of hours.

My experience has been completely positive ordering from eagle6. Everything was handled professionally and the staff had a very approachable contact.

All brilliant, wonderful service. Very happy customer. My husband is so pleased with custom made product from Richard. Lovely people and everyone is welcome there.

Richard, the owner has the most appalling customer services skills. He talks over you constantly, refuses to take any blame after sending a faulty item and is the most rudest, arrogant individual. He blatantly lies too.
Purchased a rifle from him ‘brand new’
Came damaged, I was blamed for the damage and refused a refund.
Ignores emails, doesn’t return calls and actually admitted that he likes to play games.
Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere; his prices are way above average.
Would definitely not recommend this business.

Totally unhelpful person is richard if you don’t buy his products he is unwilling to be polite or help even though you spend £500 on an upgrade!! He’s like a child throwing his toys out of a pram and he’s not the most reasonable of prices either.

Do not use these guys, discussing customer service, totally wrong item sent, sent a cheap motor when paying £179 for a ronin, won't send right one till back nor refund, disgraceful service talked to like a piece of poo on their shoe
