Negotiated a new gas contract reducing the cost by 10 percent

I've used Energy Buzz and dealt with Nathan for a number of years now. I rarely write reviews, saving them for exceptional experiences, but I've always found Nathan trustworthy, friendly and incredibly easy to deal with.

There's never any pressure, and he takes the time for a back-and-forth discussion about what's happening in the energy market and wider world events that could affect prices, helping me make an informed decision on when to fix. He's also extremely efficient - I'm never left waiting around for quotes or answers.

In the past, I'd approach several brokers whenever our contracts came up for renewal to make sure we were getting the best deal. Time after time, Energy Buzz came out with the most competitive prices while also providing by far the best customer service. Nathan is simply a sound, down-to-earth chap.

Eventually it became a no-brainer - why complicate things? I now go straight to Nathan and Energy Buzz and instead try to end protracted calls from energy sharks as quickly as possible!
