Ordered the fire, got confirmation, message sent for delivery date…came next day, delivery man was on time and friendly, fire perfect. Wish more companies were like you, and it all comes down to organisation.

The fire came recommended by my builders,. It arrived quickly and was easy to install (by them). I love it; it's a perfect boost for central heating in winter or a top up when weather turns cooler. Love the different coloured effects. Stands up well against more expensive fires that I looked at.

The fire looks great,but the installation guide could be a lot more informative and a better procedure to follow, I'm a very experienced engineer and it took me a good few hours to complete, but after completion it's very eye catching and looks fantastic.

Bought an electric fire suite and discovered that it was damaged upon assembling it. Arranged for it to be returned. Sent 5 photos of different areas of damage and was offered 50% refund because they had discovered more damage then id mentioned!!! Absolutely ludicrous. Customer Services poor, about 30 emails back and forth, eventually had to get refund through PayPal.....

I just love me new fireplace from Endeavor Fires. It looks great in my living room.
It is so realistic looking. I love how you can change the lighting colour and, also the size of the flames.

Took longer to arrive than advertised by two days but was perfect when opened

The actual electric fire seems good quality but... the original advertisement quoted 'next day delivery'. The actual delivery time was - ordered on the 6th June and delivered on July 14th. They also sent a chrome finish when I ordered a brass finish?
On the positive side, they did give me a £10 off (hopefully) the spacer that I had to order as the fire didn't fit the surround perfectly.
