Poor quality, unprofessional service!
I'm so disappointed.

Very good service. Always delivered on time and no complaints regarding the flowers. Not the cheapest but no complaints regarding anything else.

Ordered flowers on international women's day for my girlfriend, flowers didn't show up, looked up the facebook page, saw multiple people had the same problem. This is a Micky Mouse business, not serious, they're a joke.

Ordered a bouquet for my grandmother's 95th Birthday. I wanted something special but flowers looked nothing like on the picture...very disappointed.

Absolutely avoid, flowers looked nothing like what I have ordered .I selected picture of beautiful flowers and received bouquet of cheap looking flowers . Customer service is unprofessional and rude .

Avoid this company. Wanted to make a surprise for my family so ordered Xmas flowers and basket with sweets. Flowers were nothing like on the picture, more like from lidl. Basket wasn't delivered at all. It is just SCAM!!!

Stay away! If you don't want to lose your money, don't order from e-kwiaty. THIS IS A SCAM and this company is a joke! The flowers are stale, bouquets much smaler and do not match the pucture. They use the cheapest flowers, very poor quality!!! The costumer service is rude and very unprofessional. They don't pick up the phone. They do not have any respect to theirs costumers. STAY AWAY! IT'S A SCAM.

Flowers do not match description. Types of flowers / decorations and the colour scheme does not match, very poor effect vs the picture advertised on website. Customer service appaling. Avoid!

I've order a medium bucket of flowers (Bukiet Olsnienie) for Mothers Day (144,90 PLN). On E-Kwiaty website there was a beautiful picture of a bouquet containing a lot of white healthy looking flowers. What my mother got was the absolute opposite - small bucket with lots of random colourful flowers; they were already dying when they were delivered. When I've contacted the E-Kwiaty for a refund; they have not admitted to fault and are refusing to make a refund. This is an absolute scam; and the company is a fraud. Please do not use them as your addressee will be disappointed with the flowers they get. This was the first time I used E-Kwiaty instead of Poczta Kwiatowa, and I will never go back to E-Kwiaty. I will be referring this case to the consumer rights regulator in Poland.

They are cheaters!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for mothers day. The price was 179.99 PLN. On their website there was a beautiful picture of a bouquet containing a lot of colorful healthy looking flowers. What I got, was the absolute opposite.

They told me to file a complaint on their email, but it will not help and their phone line they have shut down completely.

NEVER USE E-KWIATY!!
