I've made numerous purchases from E-Infinity, both cameras and lenses by various manufacturers including Canon, Fujifilm and Olympus. I started with a relatively inexpensive lens to assess the service and was satisfied. Gradually I have moved on to higher standard equipment, most recently a Canon EOS R5 that was several hundred pounds cheaper than the best known online alternatives in the UK. The packages are securely prepared and transit progress can be tracked. It typically takes at least five working days before delivery is made, but they haven't let me down yet. None of the goods have proved defective or damaged, so to date I've not needed to return anything. Overall I can't recommend them highly enough.

I contacted E-Infinity repeatedly over the course of a month regarding the availability of the Canon EOS R1 body. While their support team replies with standard short emails, they offer zero flexibility or support for professional buyers with tight deadlines. They do not allow pre-orders, waiting lists, or unit reservations for high-demand items, simply telling customers to check the website or rent/buy elsewhere. If you are a professional needing equipment by a specific date, be aware that you cannot reserve stock or get any estimated timeframes here.

I bought a Sony mirrorless camera from E-Infinity a few months back and discovered a problem with the sensor. I spoke with Sony directly and they explained I had no warrenty as it was a 'grey-import'. I was in panic because I had a new camera with a flaw and no warranty. I didn't like the thought of returning the device to China and be without it for months but I reached out to customer support via email and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they sorted out a repair with a local repair centre. The service provided was excellent and I feel confident buying more gear in the future that I have good service included.

I used e-infinity for multiple lenses of both Sony and Fuji flavours and they are consistently the best value for UK customers. Delivery usually takes around 10 days but always arrives with tracking provided UK end. There is no technical difference between buying official and grey market apart from the warranty. I’ve yet to have any of the lenses I’ve purchased fail on me (there’s little to go wrong tbh).
All in all, a good company to use for lenses.

Ordered 2 cameras from the site. Zv-e10 as my first camera when I began (hybrid shooter) and now my a6700. All came in the expected time, instant support when I needed to ask some questions and friendly. Both my Sony bodies came like you would expect. Looking for a Sigma Art 17-40 f/1.8 to upgrade from my Sigma 18-50 f/2.8 DC. I know where to order my new lens now. Very satisfied so far.
