What was good about it was that they delivered the right flowers of choice on the right day.
What could be improved upon was the time of the day of delivery. It was delivered later in the afternoon. Not a big problem though.
What's worse is that the reciever was home but didn't hear a knocking or a doorbell, so I assume the deliveryperson didn't do that.
I wanted the reciever to have a surprise so I didn't tell them that flowers were on their way. Since I didn't get a messege at the time of delivery the flowers stood in the stairwell for hours before they were discovered. During this time the flowers could've been stolen by someone else but luckily wasn't. If I would get a notice at the time that they were delivered I would have noticed quickly that the reciever didn't get them. Eventually I had to ruin the surprise and tell the reciever to go and look in the stairwell since I suspected that they were not delivered but then there they were in the stairwelll. I got a messege of the delivery the next day though but it was too late. Still the reciever was happy about the flowers and it went fairly well anyway.

I asked the flower shop to call before delivery. Unbeknownst to me, my son and prospective daughter-in-law were out of town. That said, the flowers look beautiful!
