We’ve been experiencing a very high volume of orders recently, which has unfortunately caused some delays in responding. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Beware
Beware they are not selling genuine dumplings.
Had to chase dispatch, arrived 13 days post order.
Threatened charge back before been refunded.
Ultimately if your content with a fake dumpling for the same price as a genuine one then crack on ☺️☺️

However, all our dumplings come with their own certification, and we also have a dedicated Product Safety page on our store with further information. We would be happy for you to check this information and verify where you purchased the item before making such claims.

Beware
Ordered nearly a week ago as a gift and it still hasn’t been despatched. Site says 2 days for despatched and 2-5 for delivery. This should have been despatched on Friday. I’ve emailed and had no reply. Think I’ll have to contact my card provider for a refund.
