Absolutely top-notch customer support.
I decided to leave positive feedback following my recent experience that brought back hope that proper computer stores do still exist.
I had a problem with my GPD WIN MAX 2 so I had to send it back for warranty repair. Not only do you get 3 year warranty on these devices but also they reply to your questions quickly and they don't give you BS corporate non-answers. They guide you through warranty process, offering alternative solutions if needed. Every stage of your RMA is recorded and you can even talk to the technician who is fixing your device. They even held my device before dispatching at my request because very prompt turnaround time interfered with me travelling . My devices came back and it seems all is in order, 2 faults are fixed.
Comparing that to what I recently experienced from another large online store (simple purchase, not warranty), I am floored with the quality of DROIX's support and I am happy that such businesses still exist. Too bad I have no need for another handheld in the nearest future (though GPD Micro 2 is tempting) but I would not hesitate to recommend DROIX to anyone.

I recently returned a handheld console to Droix which was within warranty (swollen battery damage). I was sent automated updates at every stage of the technical appraisal, and received a replacement console within six days of posting off the damaged item.

I also asked for an update on another item, including when stock would be available, and received an email within a few weeks confirming stock was now in.
Finally, I had a query about the Super X and received a response within 24 hours, even on a weekend.

I bought an AYN Thor from Droix on the 25th and I’m really happy with the device. It’s exactly what I was hoping for, which is why I was happy to pay a bit extra to avoid the long wait from AYN directly. Overall I’m giving 4 stars because the product and most of the experience were great.
I want to give a big shout-out to Dave from Droix’s social media team. He was genuinely helpful and went out of his way to assist me via Discord. Without his help, I don’t think I would have received my Thor as smoothly.
Unfortunately, the email customer service didn’t match that standard. I was told by Viki that next-day collection wasn’t possible, even though Dave had already confirmed it was fine and I was already two hours into my journey. Thankfully Viki was mistaken, and when I arrived the team on site were friendly, efficient, and got everything sorted quickly.
One tiny thing that still makes me smile — I have no idea how they managed to get their business card inside a factory-sealed package. That one might remain a mystery!
Bottom line: Droix are good value if you want to skip long lead times, and the majority of the team are friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend them — just reach out via Discord rather than email if you need support.

We do want to sincerely apologize for the conflicting information you received from Viki via email. What likely happened there is that our email support team was following our standard, automated dispatch timelines, which crossed wires with the special arrangements Dave was making for you on the fly. We're so glad it all worked out in the end and that the onsite team looked after you quickly once you arrived!
As for the mystery of the business card? We can officially solve that one for you! These devices actually don't arrive factory-sealed from the manufacturer because we run quality control checks on the batches to avoid any last-minute surprises or issues. A DROIX business card is simply slipped inside as a standard part of that process before they go out!

I was eyeing the AYN Odin 3 for quite a while and was pleasantly surprised that it was available to purchase. I found their customer service to be excellent. I ordered an AYN Odin 2 Portal. It arrived the next day even though I didn't pay extra for that. Once received I found out I'd ordered the original Odin 2 not the Portal version. Contacted Droix and they agreed an RMA for this item which led to a full refund once I'd returned it. The wrong order was completely my fault. I then ordered the Porrtal version which was again delivered very quickly. Great communications all the way through.
