Outstanding service from Joe top guy and he made are visit 100 💯 interesting and pleasant

Joe was amazing tea and coffee was offered on entry and he spent time talking us through colours etc. Explained the care package and delivery details. Great customer service. Enjoyed our shopping experience and happy with our purchase.

Went to the Omagh store in the market for a SuperKing mattress. The salesman, Johnston, couldn’t have been more accommodating to my wife and I. He knew his product exceptionally well and assessed our needs and preferences enabling him to present us the stock on offer that best suited our needs. Great service,

I stopped in by chance as I seen a sofa through the window perfect for the space in which I need one.

I popped in to take a look and swiftly Caroline greeted me and discussed the sofa and the options available.

Edward then joined us and discussed the options in which to pay for the sofa and applied for finance and placed the order for me.

Both Caroline and Edward we absolutely lovely and very helpful and I’m very excited for the sofas arrival.

Went in Dreams at Abbeycentre looking for a new bed for new house. Was greeted by Tanya and she honestly could not have been more helpful and kind. She made the process so easy and helped get us the best deal and products within my price budget. Went back to visit her to buy our sofa for the house as-well and again could not fault her! The kindness lady and could not have asked for better customer service. Thank you and enjoy your retirement Tanya!

Staff wow!!! From the minute we walked in we were greeted by the friendliest staff specifically Joe and Tanya! We ended up buying four beds and mattesses for our new build, the service we received was outstanding! 100% recommend!

Joe was amazing, extensive knowledge and advised us on what suited us best and not trying sell us the most expensive products.

Emma was so attentive and helpful, you couldn't ask for more.

The salesman, Canice, is what sold us today. He was fantastic, very helpful, took his time, wasn’t pushy and explained all our different options with honesty. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Ordered a bed on 22 June with a 2 week delivery estimate. I chased again and again only to be told in July that th bed won’t arrive until mid August. Chased again to be told it’s not available at all. Customer service were useless, their phone line is never answered, nor do thy ever call back. I can’t stress enough that this is a company to avoid. Unreliable. Unhelpful. Unapologetic.
