I was travelling from Edinburgh to Tenerife at the end of May and the three lounges at Edinburgh said they were full. Perhaps they were, but I was getting flashbacks to the horrendous “Priority Pass... See more

No lounge for international travel at Nice T2 - very poor for a company that claims so much

Lounges in RSA and TUR
I visited lounges in Johannesburg (South Africa) and Istanbul (Turkey) and it was a great experience. Staff at both lounges was very professional. I will recommend Dragonpass to people in my catchment area.
Used dragon pass during transit in STS…
Used dragon pass during transit in STS lounge Changi on 19 July 2026. Overall experience was quite smooth, but some confusions with the reception team regarding allowance to bring in a guest. The app mentioned I could bring a guest (deduct 1 entitlement each) but they insisted only card owner could enter. Need to clarify the system better.
Dragonpass - no response to complaints
Dragonpass has failed to respond to me since 24 June 2026 despite my attempts. We had a terrible and very short experience. We were accepted to one lounge and then promptly moved to an overcrowded lounge at phuket airport. For the price the food and drinks on offer are terrible. We had to leave after 15 minutes to ensure we could grab some suitable food for children before our flight. I messaged the group immediately and notified we had left and requested reimbursement. I have heard nothing. Do not waste your time or money on this company or lounges - packed in to maximise profit, terribly crowded, limited options of food and absolutely not worth the money. Save it and grab a bite to eat at a restaurant instead.

Great Experience
I am in a wheelchair. As soon as reception saw me, she immediately came out of the counter and assisted us.
She was very knowledgeable of the airport procedures. Gave us very good information on how much time to allow for us to get to our gate.
Staff are all very kind, courteous and helpful.
Experience with the Pass in Cape Town Intl Airport
The Pass seems to be good, however my first experience was at the Cape Town International Airport Lounge. The Lounge experience was bad, perhaps they should look for new partners or tie up with some cafe / restaurant downstairs to give the Pass holders Food / Drinks etc
When I tried to access the SATS Lounge…
When I tried to access the SATS Lounge in Terminal 1 at Changi on 11th July afternoon with my family as all other lounges were full I was told that the lounge was full despite having vacant chairs .The receptionist was rude in her responses as well . I pointed out that my family needed a rest as we had an infant with us transiting in Singapore . When I pointed to the vacant chairs she said that those are reserved for Airline staff! this is totally unacceptable .
Dragonpass at Maun, Botswana
We used the Dragonpass lounge at Maun Airport in Botswana. It was very nice, except that it is relative small and got crowded with more passengers joining.
Information of lounge not very detailed…
Information of lounge not very detailed
We were at bangkok airport and wanted to go to the coral lounge, we couldnt find it with no clear instruction from the application.
In the end, we have to settle for the miracle lounge which is a lot worser and wasted our lounge visit.
Too few workable USB chargers
There were too few stations that allowed passengers to charge the mobile phone. I tried most of the individual seats in one section and none of the USB points worked! The selection of food was rather limited and not at all impressive. I have visited better lounges in other terminals.
Extremely easy to access the lounge…
Extremely easy to access the lounge with the Dragon pass. I felt special and appreciated with the access and great service at the Bidvest Premier lounge. Thanks guys and gals, keep it up
Dragonpass - Brisbane International
I used the Dragon pass App to enter Plaza Premium Lounge in Brisbane International Airport recently. I was flying Qantas but due to their renovations, their lounge is before security and immigration - so very inconvenient. The Dragonpass app immediately identified Plaza Premium as available to me and access was immediate and easy when the lounge reception scanned the QR code. Such a great app ! Had a lovely welcome from the staff - and The lounge was very comfortable and as it was in the morning had a great selection of all the breakfast staples, fruit, pastries, hot and cold dishes - and it was right next to my departure gate. I will be doing this again !
Amedee Maingard Lounge - SSR International Airport Mauritius
This was the first time, I used Dragonpass. Naturally, I was a bit anxious but gaining access to the lounge was super easy. I had the QR code ready to scan and within seconds it was scanned and my husband and I were directed to the second floor for service.
The dairy-free food options in the lounge were better than some of the food at the resorts we stayed at.
It was clean and well equipped. The housekeeping staff made sure to collect used plates ASAP.
Travel from Singapore to Ho Chi Minh
I travelled from Singapore to Ho Chi Minh in July 2026 and found the use of the dragonpass easy to obtain use of the lounge facilities at Terminal 2 at Changi Airport.
We used Dragon Pass at Hongkong…
We used Dragon Pass at Hongkong International going back to Ninoy Aquino Manila - the place was FULL! Not a relaxing place with cramped seats and hot humid air. Limited food choices. Obviously overworked and overwhelmed staff. No toilet facility. We left in a hurry after light snacks and vowed to avoid entering the lounge again. Clearly a waste of money.
Not that good
Dragonpass asked me to leave a trustpilot review.
I had this pass for 12 months and any lounge I went to denied me entry.
Dragonpass extended it for me as an apology.
The same continues to happen.
Also, it appears different memberships have different lounges that can be accessed. I arrived at a lounge that accepted Dragonpass and were willing to accept me, but dragon pass wouldn’t allow me to enter?!?!? HONEST!
In 18 months I managed to get into one lounge at T5 Heathrow, this was just 2 days ago. It was more busy and packed than the actual terminal lounge.
These lounge pass memberships are not worth the money.

No access to Paphos Lounge
You're unable to book in advance with DragonPass, so just have to turn up on the day and hope.
My family of 4 were turned away despite the DragonPass sign being displayed on the reception and Paphos departure lounge being in the app, reason given by the receptionist - "We only have a small lounge".
Had I known this I would have booked the lounge in advance and paid cash instead of wasting my money on DragonPass, will not be renewing, complete waste of time and money.
