BLACKMAILED TO REMOVE MY REVIEW TOLD IF I REMOVE THE REVIEW THEY WILL SEND OUT HALF OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER!! EMAILS TO PROVE IT ... I DID NOT RECIVE MY ORDER I AM OUT OF POCKET OF £100 POUNDS . despite tracking showing it was delivered to my home address. I think the company have washed there hands of any responsibly towards me the customer .. £100 down for teeth whitening strips I have sent you another email requesting a refund . I ordered this hoping it would arrive in time for a wedding im attending hoping to boost my confidence . I did not agree to my order been left on the front door step in clear view of passers by on a busy st . There was plenty of safe places this order could have been left a cubard right next to the front door was unlocked -hidden behind one if my plant pots etc but no courier left it smack bang on the door step . So it's obviously been stolen . Now im having to deal with trying to get my money back i am beyond disappointed at this stage. I will initiate a claim with my bank. I should be protected by my consumer rights .

I have recently placed two orders with this company that I have used before, however the first toothpaste came damaged very poorly packaged, I put it down to a one off , but the second came today and again this one I could smell the toothpaste before I opened it , it was everywhere. I have tried to find the customer service on their website but no luck ,it doesn't give it to you , very frustrating, it's not cheap and should be packaged differently, £40 down the drain

I’ve had an excellent experience with Direct Teeth Whitening. Unfortunately, I received a faulty product, but the issue was resolved immediately and a replacement was sent out without any fuss.

The team were extremely approachable, helpful and efficient throughout. It’s reassuring to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and puts things right so quickly.

This company ships from the USA and does not make this clear when ordering.
Waited 1 week and a half for my order and not received yet - just found out they are shipping from USA so guess I will have a lot longer to wait.
It is frustrating because if I knew I would have just ordered from the UK.

I am in the UK and found a great price online for the product I wanted at Direct Teeth Whitening. Didn’t realise they were based in the USA! However they didn’t disappoint arrived expected! I emailed them about something and they responded immediately. Would definitely use this company again :-) A+

Ordered products. No way did they say the items were being shipped from the USA. They are now refusing to refund as well unless I write something on the envelope when it arrives. Avoid

A little hiccup with the order but after an email to customer service Jason managed to sort straight away. Prompt reply not much back and forth and easily resolved.

SCAM!!! Stay well away from this company. Before I confirmed my purchase the page refreshed automatically and said there was a problem with my order please try again, however the payment was taken from my account. I have no order number no email nothing just £74.99 lighter. Avoid like the plague!!!

Excellent customer service

Great range of products and my orders arrive to the UK within 2 weeks. Had to contact their customer service once because tracking was initially slow to update, got a fast reply apologising for the delay and the tracking updated, this order should still arrive within 2 weeks. Fourth order from DTW now, and I'm pleased with the quality of products and customer service.

They are based in the USA, but that is made clear in their "delivery " & "about us " sections on the website,it isn't hidden or disguised as some have suggested. You just have to look in the usual places for online businesses

Delivery takes 7 -14 days with full tracking. I've found them to be an honest, reliable & trustworthy company to deal with

Be warned! This company are based in the USA! Didn't realise as it was all in £ and just looked like any other dental company from the UK. After a week, I wondered where my package was and that was when I realised - the tracking link showed my package sitting in Florida. When I'll see it, I don't know? Now I need to order from elsewhere as it won't arrive in time for me to whiten my teeth before a big event. You've been warned!

No tracking information for over a week since order. Apparently there was a sorting delay. Product will likely not arrive for at least another week.
