Excellent Hockey Stick Purchase
Site is easy to navigate whilst also intuitive and helpful in terms of suggested additional items often bought together - grips when I was buying a new hockey stick for example. Highly competitive prices and a vast range to choose from. Product was superbly well packaged and arrived very promptly - from checkout to arrival was surprisingly speedy! Very satisfied with the level of service and communication.

Damaged Hockey Shoes
The shoes I ordered arrived in a used state, having been damaged and altered by a previous buyer, returned and then resold without any proper quality checking or inspection. The box was also damaged and barely held together. Despite the serious disappointment of receiving damaged shoes, the delivery was very fast, and the returns process/customer service was efficient.

We looked into this and had found that this particular pair of shoes had not previously been sent to another customer. They had unfortunately been received from the brand in this condition. All return items are subject to thorough inspection and we would not have made an item available for another customer to purchase, had it been returned from another order.
When you first shared the images with us, we explained that the issue appeared to be a manufacturing defect. Since receiving the shoes back and having the brand assess them, they have now confirmed that this was indeed a manufacturing issue. We are very sorry that you received this pair of shoes and for any inconvenience caused.

Easy to order on line and arrived on…
Easy to order on line and arrived on time and undamaged. Only comment was that packaging was not great. The box the hockey stick came in had been squashed. The bow of the stick had been wrapped in bubble wrap and tape so protected the rest wasn’t. Maybe wrapping the whole stick would be a good idea and securing in the box so that it does not rattle around. Would buy from this company again

I cannot fault the service we received
I cannot fault the service we received. I rang for some advice about sizing before purchasing a hockey stick, the phone call was helpful and answered quickly. I ordered 4pm Friday and the next day by lunch the stick and bag had arrived no issues! I then placed a second order and that arrived on the day I was told it would again everything present and correct. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Our experience has been wonderful. Poor customer service
Shoes arrived quickly. Was sent two boxes and they wanted me to pay for two returns. Customer service incredibly poor. Unwilling rather than unable to help. Emails ignored and poor telephone communication. Returned all items as they shoes I wanted to keep were £20 cheaper elsewhere.
