Excellent customer service and top quality product
The best customer service I've experienced for some time, special thanks to Connie in sales.
I needed a curtain rail for a roughly 4 metre patio window. Id used several swish cord pull rails before but they weren't up to the job. I was recommended a heavy duty rail with the upgraded roller glides. Very well designed product , extremely easy to install.
I would definitely recommend the company and the product.

Lovely Company to deal with!
The 1st time I had ordered from direct fabrics, Lizzie was very helpful over the phone and helped me choose the right product. I ordered the double width blackout lining and I wasn’t disappointed, a great product at a good price. It arrived on a roll which was helpful and was packed very well!

I ordered 2 curtain tracks
I ordered 2 curtain tracks, but they didn't have the length I ordered. I received an email telling me they had longer tracks and would send those instead at no extra cost. Arrived within a week and did the job. Metal track to bend for bay windows. Slightly fiddly to ceiling fit, but clear instructions and do a grand job. Thanks very much
