Smaller than it looked in the ads…

Smaller than it looked in the ads (IMO). Also, it arrived two days later than the expected delivery date, which was important to me (anniversary). It could be the fault of the international delivery company, but it should have been indicated that there was that possibility.

We are very sorry about the delay which, indeed, is delivery companie's fault... We always use the biggest "contract delay" of the company and add one or two days, but sometimes, things get out of control, and we can't do anything about it... If you come back for another order, we'll fill you in for free for express production ;-)
