Currently going through what many are experiencing, trying to return items and receiving info that it will cost more to send back and offering a partial refund.
Received 2 pairs of shoes which are not true to size, as they are a smaller fit. Spent around 95 euros and they are currently offering a 35% refund.
Ive been exchanging emails with a so called Emma.
Again, dont bother ordering with this crowd.

Chinese scammers

Purchased what appeared to be a lovely leather pair of sandals on sale for €45 from this website. What i received was a completely different cheap looking pair. When I contacted the site to arrange a return & refund they requested a picture of the sandals I received. They then proceeded to tell me that I received the correct item ! They offered a 10% goodwill refund and to keep the items. The picture of what I ordered as confirmed by themselves and what I received are completely different items. They kept insisting the cost of returning the item would cost me more than what I paid for the item as its the customer who pays. I finally settled on 40% refund. I'll be donating the sandals to a charity shop. I'd advise not to purchase from this website.

Do not order from this site - poor quality and currently making it incredibly difficult to return the item, even though it states on their website that you can. Please don’t order from them.

Got scammed bought air conditioning unit for €480 and they sent one thats €160. I said you sent me the wrong item but the insteaded it was the right item and would offer me a 10% refund!

Ordered a 9000BTU portable air conditioner at a very high price and what I received was a cheap evaporator cooler probably not even worth as much as the box it was sent in. This site just peddles cheap nonsense from China, not at all matching what is advertised on the site.

Complete scam. Do not use. Sent wrong item and same 10% com as others have said. Avoid at all costs

I purchased two floral mini dresses from this website. It misleadingly looks like it is based in Dublin but items shipped out of China. Two shapeless full length dresses arrived. When I contacted the site to arrange a refund they requested a picture of the items received. They then proceeded to tell me that the correct items did in fact arrive and that I could get a 10%goodwill refund and keep the items. The picture of what I ordered as confirmed by themselves and what I received are completely different items. Total disgrace… please don’t make the same mistake as me.

Bought a pair of shorts...very poor quality--took 3 weeks to arrive---ordered a medium but they are a very small size--I'll never order from them again--SCAM

I ordered an air conditioner cooling unit, and it is almost two weeks still not delivered.

SCAM WEBSITE, DO NOT ORDER. I have reported them to consumer protection. They are not based in Ireland, I placed an order for CCA €300 and they still have not provided any tracking information plus their AI emailing system said they cannot provide a receipt.

Everything about this purchase was easy. The item fits great and feels high quality.

The item I ordered showed up in a pristine state and was an exact match to the pictures. I'm quite pleased with it.
