AI transcription is real and accurately depicts my meetings and calls. I do think DP needs to work on RCS and text functionality + more stability with AWS and Microsoft failures.

Honestly, it's been incredibly easy to find people that aren't in my own location to send calls too. I'm also able to look back at the call log which I wasn't able to before.

I still need help setting up the new voicemail and the instructions don't function the way described. I would like to see things flow easier on the sending of photos.

It is just great. But whenever I connect it glitches on the computer audio and headset it should go directly to the headset sometimes I am muted or need to connect manually to the headset.

The app works perfectly most of the time but when its down normally takes a while to get back up, nothing out of the extraordinary.

The service is good and the interface. Make it easier for the app on MAC to share. Also, the meeting booking should be a calendar and you can drag and drop contacts on a time to schedule.

It has a lot of failures. For months it has been unable to connect with juno, salesforce. Sometimes calls don´t get recorded, and IA is not working well.
