The Ai review of your call is cool

The Ai review of your call is cool, i like the fact that each call is recorded, so you can listen back to the call that you have just made. Everything is fine with the app, the only reason why i didnt give 5 stars is because you have to delete the last number that you dialled every time you make a new call, other than that everything is fine.

Dialpad delivers a strong communication platform. Call quality is clear, and the interface is simple. Integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Slack make work smoother. The analytics help track team performance well.

Support responds fast, but some advanced features need clearer setup guides. Occasional lag occurs when switching devices.

Absolutely great phone apps and it's really helpful in connecting us with hundreds of customers. I notice there's also an AI summary which appears right after a phone conversation is ended, making it a lot easier if we ever miss a thing or two during the calls without having to call them back. The Dialpad app is not working for me. I have to log in to Google Chrome to have a better connection with my calls. If I log in on the app directly, my calls are bad and lines are unclear. I don't know what the problem is on your Dialpad app.
