Design by Si is withholding my refund, claiming the items were worn. This was certainly not the case! I asked for proof, but they completely ignore all my emails. According to EU consumer law, they must provide evidence, but they refuse to respond. Unfair practices and terrible customer service. Avoid this shop!

Shockingly low quality item received
I received a pair of jeans that were so low quality I was in shock. They were the "Noala jeans with fold". The seams were falling apart, the seams weren't straight at all, the button was about to come off before I'd even tried them on. These weren't a customer return as I ordered them right after the drop.
The response from the customer service team when I expressed my shock: "The issues you mentioned can occur with clothing produced in factories at this price point. To be honest, I don't believe it is possible to receive a pair of trousers where every detail is perfectly aligned and 100% flawless. This is not a matter of intentional poor quality, but rather that some of the flaws you noted may be present across the stock. Since some of the issues you pointed out are on the interior, I believe it would be difficult to find a pair that you would be completely satisfied with :-)".
For a pair of jeans costing €72,95, I absolutely expect the seams to be straight. It's one thing that a product is faulty but for the customer service representative, the face of the company, to belittle the issue (bedazzled with emojis and smileys), that's what makes a customer never to return and to spread warnings to other potential buyers.

Poor quality
I’ve never paid so much for such poor quality, about 650 SEK for a pair of pants that feel like they’re from shein. I’ve heard such good things about them, ordered 5 things and returned them all because their quality is the worst I’ve ever seen.

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. My clothes were never delivered, and although UPS carried out an investigation and confirmed that the clothes had been lost, they still refused to give me a refund. Will never order from them again

The perfect white pants
The delivery was very fast. I love how the pants aren’t see through and are very good quality. The material is quite stretchy and thicker than linen, similar to denim which I really like. The size fits me really well and the waist is the perfect length.
