This was the first time I have ordered from this online business.It is easy to use website,well explained,a fantastic selection of products.The prices are excellent.The product came very well packed and a very quick delivery via DPD.I have tried the masala fish after arrival of delivery 🚚 very tasty.

DesiMe provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My parcel was marked as delivered by DPD, but nothing was received. I contacted them repeatedly by email and phone and they ignored every message for weeks. Only when I said I would leave a negative review did they reply and even then, they falsely claimed they had refunded me. No refund reached my account. Their communication, delivery reliability, and honesty are extremely concerning. I strongly advise others not to buy from DesiMe.

I ordered a product however after the payment went through, the next day, the company said that it was suddenly out of stock. I emailed and called on the phone for the company but I did not get a response from them even though I was advised by them. As such I was very disappointed with their levels of communication and lack of clarity.

The items were of good quality and I received them on time. The frozen item melted even though it was wrapped in cold packs, but I guess it was unavoidable. I will be ordering again.

I placed an order for fresh Halal meat and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The package arrived first thing in the morning via DPD, complete with clear priority labeling on the box ("Must Be Delivered Today").
The insulation was exceptional—everything was properly packed with ice packs and remained ice-cold to the touch upon arrival. The freshness and overall quality of the food were fantastic.
It is such a relief to find a reliable online Halal butcher that takes cold-chain management and delivery timing seriously. I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service and great quality

First time I ordered I was really impressed the meat was good quality and everything was delivered next day. Second time I orders the goods were due to be delivered Tuesday however the package was damaged so DPD refused to deliver and I did not hear from Desime until Friday. Asked for a refund, very disappointing

THE SERVICE IS APPALING, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE TODAY HOWEVER I AM STILL WAITING I TRIED CONTACTING THEM VIS CHATS, EMAILS, ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND ON CALLS BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AS IT IS APPALING, I PURCHASED TOTAL OF £296 AND THEY ARE NOT GETTING BACK TO ME WITH REFUND AS WELL. IT IS SUCH A POOR SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM IN FUTURE, IF THERE WAS AN OPTION OF 0 STAR I WOULD RATE THAT.

I paid for an order with delivery date last Tuesday. I have not received my order and had no contact despite emailing and leaving phone messages several times. Very unprofessional company.

These people are thieves. Dont order from them. They will take your money, not deliver your goods and when you call they have all the excuses in the world about your money and your goods. I spoke to 5 different people in one phone call to try and sort this out and im still waiting... not one of them was forthcoming or had even one ounce of professionalism.

Excellent food was fresh wel packed if same day and next delivery available it will be more better.

Vegetables was not that much fresh big size butter guards, and items are not delivered which orderd and refunded it is inconvenient.

The volume of product for example Walnuts has DECREASED by 100g but the price remains the same. This amounts to pulling wool over customers' eyes. Will not be buying Desime products and will switch to another honest brand

This company is absolutely brilliant, it was my first time ordering, my order took just over a day to arrive, it was well packaged , quick delivery, and meat is lovely and tender.
