I had a really plesant shopping experience with Aquadent.no!
I bought three new Vivasmile electric toothbrushes before Christmas, from Aquadent.no. This electric toothbrush is truly amazing. I have bought both a white, a black and a pink, and it is very nice to have one color each, so you are never in doubt as to which one is yours. No unfortunate mix of any bacteria, in other words.
They have a powerful sonic motor that produces a whopping 42,000 pulsations per minute.
With elongated brush heads, they actually remove noticeably more plaque and tartar than our old brushes, where the brush heads were round, did. You feel every time you brush your teeth, that you have just as smooth and clean teeth as after a visit to the dentist!
In addition, it came with 8 brush heads, twice as many as with several others.
It probably sounds pretty silly to some, but I'm actually looking forward to brushing my teeth now, ha ha!
It was a very pleasant experience shopping at Aquadent.no. The delivery time was somewhat longer than what they initially announced. I contacted them as they were meant to be christmas presents. From the moment I made contact, they were on the case and kept me updated on their whereabouts.
There was no fault on the part of Aquadent.no, which caused the delivery to be delayed, but they were nevertheless very sorry for the situation. The reason was that the Vivasmile toothbrushes came from China, like many others. There they have a huge sale every year in november, called "11.11". This leads to extra pressure on the transport/export of goods. And in the middle of this came Black Friday, which has since developed into Black Weekend, Black Week, and even Black Month. And, as if that's not enough; when the goods arrive in Norway, the christmas season is well under way. It was therefore a good explanation for the delay.
As I said, Aquadent.no kept me updated all the way, right up until "Now they are loaded onto the delivery truck, on their way to you!" + "Now we have been told that they have been put in your mailbox! We apologize again so much. Merry Christmas!".
I can only say that I am very satisfied with both Aquadent.no and Vivasmile, and therefore have no qualms about recommending both.
