Well it really did work on first click for download of what i needed. Have my doubts but they really delivered.

Customer Support seemingly doesn't exist at all. Support tickets remain unresponded to for almost a month (Even when they list that they answer tickets between 9am - 6pm EST), Emails to their support and webmaster (Which they say on their website they'll respond to within 24-48 hours) haven't been answered and their Live Chat gives no responses, despite the claim they respond within 22 minutes in the chat. If you're here to get any sort of help with their website or services, forget it.

The download speed is also slow.
Rapidgator downloads have never worked so far.
Although the description says it supports many hosts, in reality there are quite a few that don't work.

It delivers as promised; even on the free tier, there are no ads, no ads at all. It's fast and very reliable; I love it. Would give a 10Star if that option was available.

The website is legitimate and delivers on its promises. I really wanted a 3D model, but it was only available with premium access. This temporary license to download it was very helpful, thank you.

Reliable and trusted

Some services almost always return a "maintenance" error. It doesn't matter whether the service is checked with or without premium. More than half the time, the premium simply expires, and there's no compensation.

Almost nothing works. Scribd is broken. Nitroflare is a joke. Status page shows "online" but every download fails.

Submitted multiple tickets — zero replies. Requested a refund — ticket closed without response. The "3-Day Money-Back Guarantee" is completely fake.

You pay, nothing works, support ignores you, and refunds don't exist. Avoid at all costs.

I subscribed to Deepbrid expecting Nitroflare and Rapidgator to work, but both services were not working for me, even though their server status page showed them as working.

I contacted support and waited for a reply, but the response was not helpful. Instead of solving the issue or acknowledging the problem, they simply said refunds are only accepted for first purchases.

This is very disappointing because I paid for a service that I could not use. If the supported hosters are not working, the customer should not be blamed or denied a refund.

Overall, poor support, unreliable service, and an unfair refund policy. I do not recommend this service.

This website is a TOTAL SCAM. I tried to request a refund and contacted them to investigate why the site wasn’t working, but I received no response at all.

I strongly recommend AGAINST subscribing. Never again.
