I created an account with you. I placed an order, but my VISA cards are not being accepted. I tried the chatbot, but it isn't working. You don't have a phone number or a store address in Romania. There is no option for me to close my account and delete my personal data.

Farnell is shipping very quickly from their hub in Great Britain to Germany: late afternoon order, next morning delivery. Quality is fine.

Really fast, quite reliable, good prices for low quantities due to customer pricing. Fast shipping. The website is a little bit slow though.

I never received my order. I sent 6 emails over two weeks before they even replied. Still no order or a refund.

Terrible experience with customer service. I have been trying to get in contact with the Farnell team for 2 weeks now regarding an order that still hasn't shipped, even though it was ordered 5 weeks ago and all parts where supposedly in stock according to their website. I've tried calling them without success. They transfer you into a Spanish call center (i am calling from Germany) and tell you on the automated caller information that they can only take calls in English. (Not a problem for me, but very bad service imo. Some callers from Germany may not be very good at speaking English). I also tried to contact them via E-Mail (twice), their online support form (once) and the life chat, all without success.
Farnell used to have a good service before they where bought by Avnet. But with that kind of support we will have to stop using them. Thankfully there are many good alternatives (e.g. RS)

They took nearly €500 off me for Siemens S7 software over 12 months ago. They don’t carry the software anymore so just kept my money. I’ve been emailing them constantly and they keep moving me between departments and requesting the same information over and over again. They’re absolute crooks.

Absolutely worst shopping experience ever. They took money for one on the position on the invoice, then didn't send it for a few months, after that out of nowhere they took the money from the card again and send the missing thing. Without any permission, they took the money again. Formal complaint.

Received a product promptly but when I found a fault and phoned the helpline, the returns policy is made so awkward for the customer that I didn't need the hassle and I bit the bullet.
The lady on the phone was typical of these centers, as although polite, "Company Policy" dictates, no common sense. I suppose this is done to prevent returns.
The website also implies that they have a branch and phone number in Ireland, which is not the case

Very fast shipping on the next day and a very wide range of goods.

I can only recommend Farnell for it's fast delivery and great customer service. Orders usually arrive on the next working day and payment is flexible. The individual components are always well packed.

Received excellent service from Farnell DE. At some point received a broken product, and they organized a pickup by UPS within a few days of notification.

element14 singapore still does not deliver my order at all, since more than 4 weeks, although the components were all confirmed for maximum 5 working days since July 25, 2018. Those components were and are urgently needed for my project.

Since August 9, 2018, there are in total 9 e-mails from me questioning the status of the order and when will the components be shipped. Since August 23, only 2 e-mails from the manager which just promised that the involved staff will contact me. No contact at all from the promised staff. And the manager also gave no information what has been happening.
