Unbelievable personal customer service!
My son wanted a very specific bespoke necklace for his wife and the team at the workshop were incredible at seeing his vision and creating a piece which exactly what he wanted! Helen was absolutely amazing at communicating with us and showing us possible designs. We asked to visit the workshop to see the components and discuss in detail what my son hoped for. Helen arranged for Kat, the silversmith, to meet us and talk through ideas. The resulting necklace is just perfect. Not only are we delighted with the completed piece but have to say we received such excellent personal service everyone was so friendly and shared the excitement of producing such a personal necklace. DD Grimsby Treat
I visited the Grimsby store today to have my fourth lobe piercing done, and Lydia and Victoria were both so welcoming and helpful.
As the fourth piercing sits quite high on the lobe, I wasn’t sure whether it would be possible to do it with a gun, so I really appreciated them taking the time to assess it properly and make sure it could be done safely.
The whole experience was lovely, with such a friendly atmosphere. I left with my new piercing — and, of course, a few extra treats for myself! I always enjoy a little treat trip to any of the DD stores.
A huge shout-out to Lydia and Victoria for brightening up what was otherwise a very dull and rainy day!
