Do not fall for their plans
Do not fall for their plans. Dancefit kept adding plans to my order without my consent
I was just scrolling thru the website and dancefit just added the plans if I pressed continue!
Now they will not refund the charges but also add international fees!
If I could leave no stars I would
If I could leave no stars I would. Advertised with dancing to known songs, in reality, it's all generic music and very uninspiring. They also upsold me a yoga program without my permission. Currently fighting charges. Just don't...it's not worth it.
Subscription is billed more frequently…
Subscription is billed more frequently than originally indicated. Deceptive buttons pop up which result in additional charges for low-grade e-books and unwanted so-called premium services.
Don’t waste your money
Same experience everyone else - they bill for unwanted charges. I emailed immediately when the charge occurred and was told they would not refund me. The dances are the same as you get from BigKidRick for free. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Charges and reimbursement
I, like others, was charged for things in addition to what I signed up for. But, after following the guidelines for support/complaints, I got a full refund for what I didn't ask for. I'm most grateful for that. So, I didn't appreciate the extra charges, but I more than appreciated the full reimbursement. Thank you, Anna.
Charge without authorization and refuse to refund
I paid for a 7-day trial, but they ended up charging me an additional $30 for some book that I never requested or authorized. This definitely feels like a scam. Disappointing experience unfortunately.
This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam and this company should be shut down !
As with other reviewers I have been charged for things I haven’t subscribed to . Trying to cancel is a nightmare and even then they keep taking the money .
Don’t do it !
Cancellation Issue
I have an email confirming cancellation dated 2/2026 and they are still charging me. I contacted Emma in Customer Service and all she would offer me was 50% refund on this months charge. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and request a chargeback. I do not suggest anyone use this service. Hopefully with my banks help I can get my money back. To be continued...
I have paid for this for 12 months and…
I have paid for this for 12 months and they continued to take money out the following month. I then requested a refund as they wanted to bill me for the whole next 12 months and they have refused. It will now cost me 420 pounds for a product I do not want.
I am furious. It's so unprofessional.
Scam
Scam, I purchased 1 week just to see how it goes, and cancel subscription right a way, the apps not even working. and i did not realized the charge until aug, guess what it charged me 3 charges a months the total of $179 contact their support they just dancing around the answer not real action
DanceFit added extra charges to my…
DanceFit added extra charges to my account without my consent and then tried to deny a refund by pointing to their policy. They offered freebies instead of fixing the actual problem. Only after I demanded proof of the charges did they finally refund me. This should never have happened in the first place. Watch out for unauthorized add‑ons and always check your billing.

It is a scan with a lot of malicious popup to make you pay for services not required and they do not reimburse the money because they built up around policies to scam you. Not recommend to click at all on this app.
Purchased a 3 months subscription
Purchased a 3 months subscription. It wasn't for me and I didnt use it often. I was not fully made aware that I would automatically be purchasing more once the 3 months were up.
I had an email today saying they had charged me for another 3 months. I looked for subscriptions in my phone and they weren't there. So I looked in the app. It wont let me just unsubscribe so I had to fill a form and I asked for it to be cancelled and a refund as I dont want to subscribe again. I was told thats not a good enough excuse for a refund. I have asked for an address to make a complaint as I am not happy and would like to bot subscribe again but they have now stopped communicating with no information on how to take it further.
Dont fall for it - they will take your money even when you cancel the subscription
Wasn't for me - cancelled the subscription, they continued to take my money, then would not refund it and tried to get me to but more. Don't make my mistake and fall for it
Charges for more than you request and difficult to cancel
I saw the ads for this and thought it looked fun so I signed up for the 7 day trial period at about $7.00. I was charged for 2 additional programs I did not want, a yoga program and en ebook program at $9.99 and $14.99!!!! Trying to cancel these two has been an exercise in patience just locating where to even try it! I should have looked this company up first here on trustpilot because I never would have signed up with them if I had.
After subscribing all of a sudden
After subscribing all of a sudden, I got a charge for 39.99. They claim my subscribed to the e-book and it’s nonrefundable. I never even intended to subscribe to this or knew that it was such a thing. No warning emails when the trial period is about to expire like most companies to do.
They charge over 100 US without my…
They charge over 100 US without my approval I am trying they refund me but they are denying me the refund !!!
I didn’t know You have to apply to not continue is not in the main option of the plan
What a scam
Fraudsters and scammers
I paid, supposedly, only for the 90 day trial, in less than a month they billed me again for the service plus a premium I didnt ask for. No way to unsuscribe from the app but to send an email asking to "manage" my susbscription, in their "help page" they say to unsuscribe from the platform your suscribed with (in my case google play) but they don't appear there as a subscritpion . They are scammers and fraudsters.
