Following an initial problem with their…

Following an initial problem with their phone system, I received excellent contact and service from Liz and the 80% Alcohol hand sanitiser is far superior to many similar but less effective products currently being offered to the public and businesses.
Well done and this is British, UK made. We need to support British businesses.

Order delayed due to wrong delivery address

I had excellent customer service from the nice man I spoke to and easily set up a trade account and ordered. The only mix up was the delivery. Having paid last Friday, I had expected the delivery on Monday, only to find that by Wednesday I had an email from the delivery company to re deliver for today. Having waited in jumping up each time I hear a van go past, I phoned the company to realise that you put the wrong delivery address so were attempting delivery at a closed shop. I have now re arranged for delivery at home for tomorrow- let’s hope it finally arrives.
