Professional, courteous, considerate and on time - works for me!

I’ve used this company for the past five years for repairs and servicing and wouldn’t change. They’re efficient and so helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble.

We’ve had DA Gas Heating & Plumbing out a few times recently. They removed and capped a radiator, later removed another for decorating, and returned this week to refit it. We also had a boiler issue, and they diagnosed and fixed it right away. Michelle in the office is always super helpful and tries to get someone out as soon as possible. The engineers are professional, tidy, and a pleasure to have. Great all-around service—highly recommend!

Quality of service from start to finish. Had DA Gas replace a shower unit. They fitted the shower in a timely fashion and were very thorough.

They're always very transparent with pricing, always explain exactly what the cost will be before any work is carried out, which gives peace of mind. The whole team is fantastic, from Michelle in the office, who is always friendly and efficient, to the engineers who are skilled, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. The engineer was highly competent, on time and very friendly. He did everything needed and was fine when I asked questions about my boiler set up. I value DA Gas as they are reliable and efficient. A great company.

Daniel was friendly, respectful and efficiently got the job done with no fuss. I called with no hot water at 8am and by 11am the problem was solved and at a reasonable price. Could have been a worse day and this is the second time I have had such a great experience with this local company. I wouldn’t call anyone else for all boiler issues. Had another great experience with DA Gas again. The office team were really efficient and managed to sort me a speedy appointment which was massively appreciated. Michelle was very easy to speak to on the phone, reassuring and made the whole process feel straightforward from start to finish.

DA Gas are the best!

Always reliable and efficient and will go out of their way to offer a speedy service. Engineers know their stuff and will talk through their findings and how to resolve. Pricing is also very fair and reasonable can not recommend DA Gas enough

Great customer service and aftercare. I received report from the maintnance/safety check of my boiler. Paid online. No cheeky tax dodging cash in hand. All legit. The whole service was profesional. I will receive reminder before Im due for my next year service. Booking was smooth and easy. Enough updates and reminders. I shall recommend them.

The whole process was brilliant ! I spoke to Michelle on the phone and she was amazing, there was clear communication and explanations about what needed to be done. The plumbers came on time and the plumbers were lovely, especially Phil, they respected my home and sorted out the issue quickly.
10/10 would recommend this company!

We always use DA GAS for gas safety check for our rental property. Michelle is very prompt and very good in organizing and getting it done. They send us the certificates also immediately. Have been using them for a couple of years now with no issues. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
