Was very easy to apply through the website to get someone to go to my apartment viewing. This was very helpful since I am overseas.

Got a confirmation soon after that someone could attend the viewing and on the day of the viewing I got all the pictures I asked for and had all my questions answered.

Only thing I would suggest for Domakin is that you can get in touch with the person attending your viewing before the inspection so that you can update your questions. I wasn't able to contact the person who was going to attend my viewings so I couldn't update my questions/preferences and I didn't see anywhere on the website to do this.

Dealt with the whole process really fast and smoothly, even though it was last minute. They also chose new prospective tennants based on our preferences, and facilitated the communication all the way through. Overall good experience!

Domakin was extremely helpful with their viewing service when I was looking for a place in the Netherlands but I was still living abroad. After I moved to another city I could list my room on their site and they provided me with a list of candidates, did the viewing for me and the whole thing was stress-free. I even got €200 as part of listing my room. They are very friendly, their communication is clear and they are really informative about any service you choose. They are an extremely reliable company and I would definitely recommend them to new students moving to the Netherlands and need help in this housing crisis. Thank you Domakin for all the help.

Domakin have assisted me in both finding a tenant to sublet my room in 2024 and now this year 2026 in finding someone to take over my room. The staff is really kind, responsive and thorough. I have used the viewing service about five times. Every time Domakin’s agents answered all of my questions and provided thorough descriptions and videos/photos of the property. I felt like Domakin genuinely cared and wanted to help me find accommodation in the Netherlands (which recently happened with their support). No other agency goes out of their way to make sure that you actually find a home and are fully satisfied with the service. I highly highly recommend!

Domakin was extremely helpful in the experience of assisting my friends and me in finding a new tenant to live in my room on my behalf! I am going on exchange and needed someone to take over my room in the meantime. They were very communicative, kept me up to date, and I was surprised by how we even received letters from the potential tenants! Throughout the entire viewing process, it went completely smoothly with one of the Domakin agents, with viewings both online and in person. If you're in a pinch and need to find a new person to take your room within 2-3 weeks, Domakin is the solution!
