I purchased a vintage pair of Saint Laurent boots from France and unfortunately the shipment encountered an unexpected customs issue during import to the United States. This was completely outside of my control and could have easily become a frustrating situation.

Insane find super good quality just like the pictures

Best vintage designer store. Order arrived quickly, and was exactly as described. Well packaged. Definitely recommend.

I bought a pair of trousers, but the later added side seam was not mentioned in the description. Even if returning goods is possible within the EU, I was not refunded the purchase price. They stopped responding so I had to open a case with paypal.

Since PayPal rejected my refund request, I am unfortunately forced to hand the matter over to my lawyer because I got 14-day right of withdrawal.

Update: why bother responding to a bad review if you wont respond to your customers? I worry if I used your platform, like you recommended, rather than grailed, I would not have gotten refund. Also, your message about stock contradicts what you said about sizing. This seller is highly unprofessional and should not be trusted.
