We can't find you in our system, the order number you have provided is too short to be from us, and we do not offer Paypal as payment method.

Quick delivery and good selection of products
Apart from a good selection of products, I was impressed by the speed the item was shipped and delivered.

It was not possible to choose the color. I am happy with the one that you have sent but as there were options it had been better to open that alternative.

I bought a harness in the wrong size…
I bought a harness in the wrong size and sent it back. I chose Klarna, so I hadn't paid the bill yet. Many weeks later, I got an email asking me to pay for the item.
I called Doggie.se and explained the situation. The woman on the phone said there was no record of a returned item. She would look at the problem and email me later that day.
Days later, I still haven't heard back––and the bill is due in 2 days! For an expensive item I sent back AND I paid for return shipping. So I've already lost money on an item I don't want. I will call them again tomorrow, but I'm not hopeful. So far, they've been really unprofessional. After all this and after reading all these other (similar) reviews, I will never purchase anything from them again.
