Definitely, a big step up from my previous experience. Now I am able to sit in one position for a long time without getting uncomfortable.

Dowinx is still doing absolutely nothing to resolve my problem.

I sent my complaint on August 30 to the email address provided by Dowinx on Trustpilot. Since then, I have received no response whatsoever — not even an acknowledgement.

I have rarely experienced such poor and irresponsible customer service. The chair I received cannot be properly assembled, and instead of helping me resolve the issue, Dowinx simply ignores me.

It seems that once they have your money, they are no longer interested in the customer. Advertising and sales appear to be more important to them than actually supporting people who have purchased their products.

I would have returned this unusable chair already, but Dowinx has not even bothered to respond to my complaint.

At this point, I am seriously considering contacting a consumer protection authority and seeking legal advice regarding this matter.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying from this company.

Ended up becoming my everyday chair. No matter whether it is gaming or relaxing after a working day - it is always extremely comfortable.

I have had multiple Dowinx chairs over the years. The most recent one had a broken weld after about a year. I reached out to customer service. They were quick and respectful. We worked out a solution and I remain impressed with their customer service. I will continue to support this company.

My chair broke after only 9 months, I was really not happy. So I decided to contact customer service of downix by email. They were fast to answer and gave ma a FULL refund for the chair. That is so nice of them.

Bought Dowinx Luxury Series Suede LS-66D68E model six month ago. Worth it for that price range compared to similar. Very quick and simple to assemble, it took me less than 1 hour. I had a problem and reached customer support. They replied immediately and solved the problem. Right now, everything's good.

Receaved the chair and upon completion of the assebly process, it was noted that the gas cylinder wouldn't hold any weight. It kept going to it's lowest position. I reached out to customer service and after a bit of troubleshooting with their customer service team. I was abble to get a replacement cylinder which fixed the problem. I didn't have any issues working with their customer service team.

The arm of my pink chair broke and they are sending me a completely new chair because the arm can’t be fixed.

I had a small issue with the USB connector. The company was proactive & responsive. They sent me a replacement USB cable within a few days of reporting the issue. The chair is excellent & the service after the sales was also excellent. 100% satisfied with my purchase & with the company. I'd have no hesitation in purchasing from this company again.
Things happen. It's comforting to find a company who will work diligently to resolve issues & make sure you're satisfied with your purchase.

I’ve had the chair less than five months. I sat in it Friday night. (08/14/26) and I had leaned back and four of the metal supports shared off. I’m not a small guy but I weigh like 200 pounds and these chairs were rated for 200+ pounds. I tried to contact the customer service. I got a generic AI email Back and then I haven’t heard anything back.

I bought a Downix chair a few months ago, and I’m very happy with it. The seat is wide and extremely comfortable. Whenever I sit on a regular chair now, it feels as hard as a rock compared to my Downix chair because the cushioning is so soft and comfortable.

Unfortunately, I accidentally broke the chair’s tilt lock mechanism. I also discovered that the gas lift, which is normally removable, was completely stuck and couldn’t be separated from the mechanism.

I contacted Downix customer support, and they were amazing. They refunded me €30 so I could buy a replacement gas lift locally, and they also sent me a brand-new tilt mechanism free of charge. When the replacement package arrived, the gas lift was unfortunately missing from the box, but they immediately sent me another one without any hassle.

The chair is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. They were always responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about solving my problem. I honestly have nothing to complain about.

Ordered chair from dowinx has some issues with the chairs I received and customer support was able to come thru and send me replacement chairs until I was a satisfied customer. 10/10 customer support quick and easy

Quality of the chair is mediocre in general and it showed up with some manufacturer faults with paint stains.
Assembly was easy and i did finish it all own my own by myself (MB30-White model), and the paper manual instruction book was in the package and there was no issue to assembly it all by myself.
Support answered in 2 days and they helped me without any trouble, got the refund in just another couple of days. But i still wish the chair came in good quality and in good shape.
I ordered it from European version site, and it came from Germany warehouses to my place in Lithuania fairly in decent time (took around 5-7 days).

I had a very good experience with Dowinx, I purchased one of their chairs on Amazon last summer and unfortunately one of the armrests on the chair broke; the metal in the backing of the chair had snapped. I reached out to them and within the week I was already sent a replacement chair that I'm currently using. Sadly I wasn't able to get an exact replacement of my original chair, however this one is extremely comfortable as well and I appreciate how quick they were able to reply to me and get the replacement chair out.

Bought a chair awhile back.
After a year of use the left arm became detached, so I opened up a warranty claim.
The claim took about a week to get in order and to find a suitable replacement for my chair.
All in all, I am impressed by the communication and the overall experience.
( I will be sitting in my new chair by the weekend.)

I bought an office chair with armrests that had five different armrest lock functions, and I had an issue with one of the sides not locking. The shipping and delivery took a few weeks since I ordered the product off Amazon, and the instructions were pretty straightforward and easy to follow. Since this chair had several features, it was shown and stated in the manual to install the screws in a certain order. I believe some may overlook this step, so having a QR code with video instructions would be beneficial for visual learners.

With the issue I faced, I contacted the Dowinx customer service via email. Their team is VERY responsive and provided short video instructions to address the problem. The chair itself is durable and comfortable. I would repurchase their products for myself or for a gift to others.

I got the chairs in which was great they are for sure worth the money. Very comfortable, I ordered a set of wheels but instead of 5 only 3 came in. I reached out customer service and they got me right right away they fixed the issue which you always want as a customer. will be using them for years to come for chairs 🙏🏽

I chose this chair for my son, and he was thrilled with it right away. After about 13 months, I had an issue with the fabric, and their prompt customer service via email resolved the problem by sending me a refurbished chair that was even better than the one I’d ordered—it had no flaws at all—and they covered all the costs. It was an excellent experience, especially with their customer service, which is very important in these situations.

I love the cross legged downix chair!
Specially I can't sit comfortable with my legs dangling, I'm changing posture every 5 minutes and this chair is perfect for it

I ordered two chairs about 7 months ago one for myself and one for my spouse. Both arrived fast and very easy setup only took me about an hour to setup both. I had a small issue about a month ago with the massage lumbar cushion and reached out to customer service after sending them a video of the issue they replaced the item free of charge. The replacement arrived fast and the customer service was excellent! I would purchase both again 5 out of 5 stars for great product and service!
