I found the support people very helpful. For a user unfamiliar with Linux, I would definitely suggest the Windows version if running it on a VPS. Gunbot has so many more features than the subscription-based bot platforms. Pay once, and use for life. There are ongoing expenses, like a VPS or a home computer running 24/7, but the value is definitely there if you compare the features available to those on subscription-based platforms.

A bot with virtually endless possibilities. Plus, extremely fast and excellent support. It leaves nothing to be desired.

It's going to require some patience to set things up, but there is nothing comparable in terms of functionality by a long mile.

The bot works very well, the interface is super intuitive, and everything can be configured easily. Of course, it requires attention, and it won’t make anyone rich by itself — it simply automates the actions you would otherwise take manually.

I mainly use it for BTC DCA, with a bit of trading in the background, and I don’t mind ending up holding BTC.

What I’d especially like to highlight is the Customer Service: they are incredibly dedicated, patient, and respond very quickly. I’m not sure how many people are on the team, but I want to give special thanks to Uri, who did everything he could to solve my issue — we must have exchanged around 10 emails within two days.

So yes, the app itself works great, but the customer support truly deserves five stars as well.

Gunbot is a powerful, highly configurable crypto trading bot with many built-in strategies and broad exchange support. It’s great for tinkerers who want automation and fine-tuning, but the learning curve is steep, licenses aren’t cheap, and results hinge on careful perimeter/risk management. Not “set and forget”—expect to backtest. monitor, and adjust regularly

It was frustrating paying the fee as you cannot go backwards so i needed to start again each time and then it took 3 hours to get me hooked up to my purchase..good luck

Bought a bot for personal strategy to use it as a constructor. After purchase on the test found an issue that unable to implement my strategy with standard functional. Ask in support chat and they implement two builds especially for me just in 1 day.

After second test, found that still unable to implement my strategy, however also found that bot is a perfect solution for regular trading strategies.

Also, the Support is worth any penny, highly recommended

Usually a good software with little errors. The support is fast and helpful. But I bought a lifetime DeFi Version and can‘t use it, because it don‘t run under a Rasperry Pi. The license is non-refundable, so I paid $500 for hardware and software for nothing.

I’m new to automated trading so there was a slight learning curve getting everything set up, but whenever I needed guidance Uri in customer support always helped and it never felt like a bother. I appreciated that.

The censorship is STRRRONG with yew

I posted a truthful negative review around last year, and it just got flagged and taken down for being "defamatory" when it's all truth

It makes no sense to buy an expensive bot, only for it to not make insane profits in a short time. The bot is not a crystal ball

A lot of people who simp hard for Gunbot, is because they have a huge balance/account, where they can DCA safely and aggressively, therefore winning everytime; and act like Gunbot is flawless. When it's not

Gunthar in truth isn't really helpful, but only to a select people. Like literally some people DM Gunthar for help, and he ignores them

If you do decide to buy Gunbot, don't go blowing 1-2K USD for Market Maker and Bitrage. There's nothing magical about those addons. The fact that they allow their resellers to this practice, is a huge red flag.

It's like scamming a person, buying a bed frame, giving them a defective premium mattress

If we're going to be paying hundreds (or thousands?), then the bot should work like magic

Refunds are not allowed with Gunbot, but only if Pim is your reseller. There's a lot of old ex-gunbot users that wished Pim was the main reseller years ago, and offered the option to try monthly or allow refunds

All the people who have negative experiences with Gunbot are not vocal enough. The Telegram "Gunbot Elite channel" is not open to the public, except for those who've bought a license. This allows for endless gaslighting to unsatisfied users

Everything that Gunbot does, I can do with Hummingbot for free

Honestly I don't like some of the resellers, they're just eager to white collar scam you with GUNTHY tokens by selling you useless addons; by baiting you passively, without even asking you. If PIM were more honest about these malpractices and just advertise StepGrid, as he usually does ,I wouldn't be so cynical of the whole community

Like why does there need to be multiple resellers and different websites for Gunbot to begin with?

Just know there are lots of angry users out there, but they just moved on and never left a negative review, considering how niche crypto bots can be. Eventually someone else is going to get angry enough and be vocal about it somewhere

And lots more who avoided wasting money with Gunbot. because they knew better, and are veteran traders
