Their customer support team is… AMAZING 5*s
Their customer support team is responsive, and quick. They solve your problems fully. NO AI BS when you need support it connects you directly to a human support team member. I really appreciated that, because it's one of the only places so far that doesn't do the AI bs support chat.
I've used this many times for private transactions, and they have been great for anonymous, XMR, and other types of obfuscated cryptos.
I have never once had a problem where I lost money. Never. the interface is simple enough that even a layman can understand exactly what they're doing and how.
I really recommend guarda in certain circumstances. They're great.
