We are surprised by this review.

You used our free trial service and were even granted an additional trial period free of charge. At no point did you purchase a paid subscription.

We also reject the suggestion that Groimpact is a "shady" service. Since 2018, we have helped thousands of customers grow their Instagram accounts through organic growth strategies. We do not sell fake followers, fake likes, or artificial engagement.

Furthermore, followers do not simply "vanish" after cancellation. As with every Instagram account, some real users may unfollow over time, which is a normal part of social media growth and is entirely outside our control.

Considering that you received two weeks of service completely free of charge and never became a paying customer, we find it difficult to understand why you would leave a review containing claims that are inaccurate and do not reflect your actual experience with our service. We were always friendly, professional, and happy to answer all of your questions throughout your trial period.
