I ordered expensive tires from them and at least one of them has a defect and makes the whole car go to the right side a bit. I checked the alignment and it's perfect. The person who did the alignment is well known for the good work he does and has a high rating. He said that the tires are the issue, he swaped tires around to prove and when the tires are swapped the car changes direction of pull.
Never buy from this company, a few $$$ in savings will cost you a lot down the line in diagnostics! Lesson learned.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. No customer support (you get whatsapp nr from someone from UK, not Switzerland) and no help at all. I did contact after sale department and they didn't do nothing. I still don't have my tires. Never again from this company!!! Stay away people.

Very slow. Poor feedback.
When ordering the tyres the delivery time was 2 to 4 days. In reality it was over 3 weeks and support gave no feedback except to wait. The actual delivery was unannounced and so sat outside my door all day.
