Extremely disappointed
The olive oil pump arrived already broken and completely unusable. I contacted customer service,but unfortunately they were very unhelpful and showed no real interest in resolving the issue.
I expected a much better-quality product and much better customer service. A faulty item can happen, but the way the complaint was handled was extremely disappointing.
I would definitely not recommend this company.

That is not damage.
Two damage claims were submitted. Neither photograph showed any visible fault.
If a product is simply unwanted, the correct route is a change of mind return.

Amateur delivery of frozen goods
Food selection is ok, same as all other greek shops and wholesalers in London. But delivery is amateur, no real insulation in the box and a bunch of icepacks that do nothing without insulation. You would expect them to know better since they are selling frozen goods. Everything came defrosted and I had to throw away, very poor.
