Good product, but very dissapointing customer service

It looks when reading reviews that customers are either very happy or totally dissapointed. And this is exactly how I feel.

It’s not the first time I ordered from Granitop and I knew already what to expect.
However, it looks the company has grown in recent years and the customer service has changed, and unfortunately to the bad side.
This time it was dissappointing process from measurement team, who were not very professional til follow up and especially experience with customer service when trying to solve the case.
My recommendation - if you know exactly what you want to order - that’s ok, but if you are trying to choose and find the best option for your home - that’s not the place to go. Also be aware of additional costs!

Granitop customer service

I am a very dissapointed Granitop customer. If they deliver a completely different product than they show you on website and samples, they take zero responsibility to fix the mistake. I got an offer for a 7% dicount on a new worktop - wow, great customer service!

Dear Rune!

The samples our team shows to the client are quite small (100x150mm) and cutted out from exact same material we offer. We do not show the whole slab but it is always possible to ask for this before we start cutting the material.
In the stone description ( https://granitop.no/c/benkeplater/#calacatta ), we show on our homepage that there are different variations presented. Terrazzo-stone consists of natural Calacatta marble pieces and they can be variated in colour and shape.

We feel sorry that You feel this way. Our sales representative has made You a discount for a new stone that You requested.

Good customer service

Good customer service, skilled installers. Same stones as you would find elsewhere, but for a much lower price.
