I’ve had an appointment booked for 6 weeks to get eyelash extensions. This evening I arrive at the clinic to the lady quoting “we don’t do eyelashes here” clearly a lie given it is all over their instagram page and I was able to book an appointment.
I show her the booking and she said “oh yes the lady hurt her wrist”
There was zero apology for not cancelling my appointment and a complete disregard for wasting my time. Mistakes happen and then you should apologize or suggest another place to go or offer a voucher or even just act like you care about your customers? Disgusting treatment.
Do not go here if you actually want to get the treatment you booked.

It was my first time at this clinic and i can say that it was my best decision ever! I did my lips there and they look very, very good! The women (Arij) who made my lips are very nice, kind and professional! Thank you again♥️
