Good price, shame the packaging was not better 1st one came damaged replaced quickly but 2nd one packed the same so when came to open one side was not in the protective cardboard and still packed in plastic bag. However, I would use them again

We are returning customers to Glowing Embers.
They have an easy to navigate website, and the glass is reasonably priced per unit but feel ripped off with the cost of delivery.
The average cost of standard delivery for this package should be between £4.50 - £600 MAX.
This was basic standard delivery, via Evri.
It was not a next day delivery or specialist glass courier, and we were charged £10, the Evri driver gets 75p of this.
Unfortunately this has really put us off buying from Glowing Embers in future.
Nobody likes to feel they have been ripped off.
I did leave 2 stars, but have dropped it to 1 star as I am being hassled every few days by Glowing Embers to leave feedback.

I ordered new fire bricks for my multifuel stove which were delivered within a few days. Great service.
