Good delivery service… on time easy to track

Delivery was received before expected date. The conditiona of the tires were exactly as described on the website. Happy with the results. Will definitely make more purchases and recommend to family and friends

When mounting one tire the tire seal separated resulting in a bubble............still holding air but don't know for how long.

They had the highest rated tires for the lowest price out of all the online tire suppliers. The shipping time was the fastest I have ever experienced in the last 10 years. The tires had fresh DOT dates on them and the quality was first rate.

I was under the impression that the four tires that I ordered we're going to cost me a total of $613.53 with tax and delivery charges. However that was not the case after I submitted my payment I found that there was $120.40 charge for a tire service that I Did Not order. $31.60 for a handling fee. Which I still can't understand how you can sell something without touching it, and $6 for a disposal fee. I'm disposing my old tires. Giving me a grand total of $771.13.
I then immediately called the company to cancel my order. However, I was quickly told that I could not cancel my order because it was already processed. In 7 minutes.
When I questioned all these charges I was told that they are required by federal law.
I then asked what Federal law allows all of these charges? Crickets!
I then explained to them that if they did not want to cancel the order then I would dispute it through my credit card company that I've been with for 35 years. So, the dispute begins. But I caution Anyone who reads this review if they post it.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Also you cannot Post a Review on their website. You can read all the positive reviews but, strangely only 1 or 2 negative reviews.

Shipped wrong tire, customer service disconnected from chat when I asked about refund. Overall garbage CS, Benji was the CS person I dealt with.
Pros: decent pricing
Cons: can't seem to ship the right items, nor do they handle returns well. So that negates the pros entirely.

Good prices, had exactly the same tire I had before. Where else can you order your tires at 9:30 on a Friday night, and there here on Saturday by 2pm. That's why I've gotten 4 different sets of tires from you, for 4 different vehicles. Unheard of service!!!! Also, friends of mine have ordered tires as well and been very pleased.

Good, only thing the installer wasn't clear about how the process worked, the delivery received and how to pull in the system the prepayment of installation costs, however we contacted Gigas Tires customer service and they solved the situation.
