Im waiting for my health insurance for more than 2 weeks. I needed with urgency. Would be better to make an inscription directly with the insurer, and not through geld.

Terrible experience: Sold a faulty policy with zero customer support
I used this service to purchase health insurance (VGZbewuzt), but it has been a total nightmare. My BSN is not being recognized by the insurance provider's portal, meaning I have paid for a service I cannot even access or manage.
To make matters worse, there is NO way to contact this company for support. No email, no direct help for technical issues—they simply take your money and leave you stranded. I am stuck with a faulty policy and no communication.
Avoid this service if you don't want to be left without health insurance coverage and with no one to call when things go wrong. Absolute waste of time and money.
