Voila should be renamed the no meat delivery service. The first 2 deliveries had everything I wanted. The next 5 had barely any chicken and beef options available, with no alternatives. I have a monthly subscription which I will likely cancel if their meat options are still severely lacking.

The food was good but not outstanding. We ordered the Valentine's plates and compared to other boxed special menu it was just not that outstanding or something I would be eager to repeat.

Delivery did not work out at all. Our Valentine's menu arrived a day late. Pretty bad for Valentine's as we waited til 6pm just to learn that we should not expect anything to arrive that day so we had to order pizza instead.

What really made up the 3 stars was the prompt and outstanding customer service we experienced. Super nice, sincere and we got a full refund.

So just because of this, we would probably give it another shot as it seems we just caught a bad day but they do care about their customers.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from Chaim at Getvoila NL. His prompt responses to my queries and efforts to accommodate my requests significantly enhanced my experience.

The dinner curated by Onno Kokmeijer was simply delightful. It resembled a culinary masterpiece from a Michelin-starred restaurant and was easily replicable at home, thanks to the clear instructions provided. A top-notch experience that I wholeheartedly recommend!

Super easy, top Speißen im „do it yourself“ Format, kann man nur empfehlen!

It was super quick. Haven't tried the products yet but I am sure they will be amazing

I tried their pate box, it was nice though a bit much for two people.
The delivery timing is not very flexible unfortunately but the box arrived in good condition and was delicious.
Unfortunately there were no instructions on how to preserve the pates after opening. That would have been a good addition.
I checked the original producer website and I could not find the same offer, so the value is there for sure to go with Voila.

Very prompt delivery and everything ice cold with great packing material.
The food was great and very tasty.
Having lived and traveled extensively in Asia the food was very authentic which was a pleasant surprise.
