I got distracted a lot by my phone. I tried screentimer and other apps but none of them worked until a friend recommended Block. For the first time my phone doesn’t distract me anymore. Block truly works!

The only thing that actually helped me stay focused as a founder
As an entrepreneur, my biggest challenge isn’t knowing what to do, it’s staying focused long enough to do it.
I’ve tried all the usual tools to block distractions, but they never worked. In moments of low discipline, I would always find a workaround.
Block changed that completely.
The difference is that it introduces real friction. I select the apps I want to block, tap my phone on the Block device, and then physically put it away. Once it’s out of reach, the temptation is gone.
There’s no easy override. If I want to check social media, I have to get up, find the Block, and tap again. That pause is usually enough to stop me.
It sounds simple, but it’s incredibly effective.
Since using Block, I’ve had more deep work sessions, less mindless scrolling, and a much stronger sense of control over my time.
I now recommend it to every founder and operator I know. If your attention is your most valuable asset, this is a no-brainer.

Love Block. I used to spend way too much time on my phone. During work but even when my kids were playing soccer I would check the news. Block is the first product that actually prevented me of taking out my phone and doom scroll. Simple to use. I like the design and my phone finally doesn’t distract me.
