No fixtures with my artistic wall hook
I purchased an artistic wall hook and it arrived on time, but without the matching parts to fix to the wall. I sent an e mail immediately and after 5 days have heard nothing. Very disappointing considering their declaration on the invoice, that 'We want you to be fully satisfied'.

Good customer service
