Subscription was really straightforward
Time of Gardeners World delivery each month.
I love Gardeners world and Monty Don.
Have been watching it for years.
Just one question when is the magazine posted each month?
I am in Cork Ireland.
My favourite magazine…
I buy my Gardeners World subscription every year , with Tesco vouchers. It's my favourite magazine . I pass it on to friends to read after I've finished with it. So get good value.
But this year I missed two issues, as I wasn't sent a reminder my subscription was coming to an end.
I get it's probably expensive to send reminders by post, but an email or two would be good. Thank you for reading
Two attempts to renew my subscription…
Two attempts to renew my subscription were unsuccessful as the agent did not process my payment. As a result I did not receive my October 2026 copy of Gardeners World magazine. I received an e-mail on October 8th from Palesa Macevele telling me a replacement copy had been sent out but to date this has not arrived. I have just spoken to an agent at Gardeners World magazine and they are looking into the matter but I am disappointed in the length of time this has taken to resolve and also how long it takes before being put through to an agent when phoning. Definite downturn in quality of service from previous years.

My ongoing subscription is based on 5 star pleasure with the magazine.
After years of watching Gardeners' World on BBC, I have subscribed to Gardeners World magazine for years now, too. I look forward, every month to my magazine dropping into the post box. Then, I sit down, with a cuppa, and read through the articles, browse the seasonal plants and learn a lot about the right plants, for my area, soil, regional climate(always changing now of course) and getting great discounts, special GW subscriber offers, from various well-established UK growers on every kind of plant/flower/shrub I may decide is suitable, sustainable, and beautiful, for my tiny garden, birds and insects/pollinators.
It's also lovely to get the occasional free packs of seeds, especially before Spring, as the incentive to plant and grow, gets stronger, as the Sun gets higher, the soil warms up, and things start to 'Spring' to life again. The articles by all the experts, plants-people and beautiful photography, are always a pleasure to see and read.
I know I can subscribe, read online, but nothing beats the old-fashioned way of having the magazine delivered to my hands regularly, feel and turn the pages and read everything, then pass the magazine to friends, neighbours, to borrow and get ideas from.
It's also a great bonus to get the GW 2for1 tickets, and brochures with information on which British Manor gardens and Country estates, Parks, with seasonal garden festivals, exhibits, and speakers, for each season.
We attended six of them this year, in and around all Yorkshire, and saved admission costs, on all.
It's easy to renew GW subs, or cancel if no longer needed. Obviously, I have just renewed our subscription for 2027.
It's also a great gift subscription idea for a gardeners' birthday/Christmas present, for family/friends, to last the whole year of gardening pleasure and great ideas on every aspect of gardening and plants, discounts on purchases, gardening equipment, tools, and price comparisons.

I tried to get a digital subscription…
I tried to get a digital subscription only, but it became impossible. The app on my iPad is only in Dutch and GW help chats could not help that. I went to Just Answer as recommended. They overcharged me and continued to charge my credit card, so I had to cancel the card. The new one took 5 weeks to reach me, which meant many other scheduled bills weren’t paid. All in all it was a chain of problems that I would want to repeat.
