Even though I had been driving for several years, I lacked confidence when navigating unfamiliar roads and performing certain parking manoeuvres. As a result, I had developed a pattern of avoidance that I was determined to overcome, which is why I sought Gordon’s help.

His professionalism and calm demeanour immediately put me at ease, helping to soothe my anxiety and making me feel much more relaxed behind the wheel. He reassured me that my driving ability was not the main issue holding me back and, with his patience and clear guidance, I could feel my confidence growing within just a few sessions.

I am extremely grateful for his support, as I now feel that I have broken through many of my limiting beliefs about driving and have gained a greater sense of enjoyment, confidence, and independence on the road.

I would highly recommend Gordon to anyone looking to build their confidence, overcome driving anxiety and become a more relaxed driver.

I passed my driving test first time because of Gordon. He is a great teacher as he understands that different people learn in different ways. He is a very calming presence which helps to keep you at ease while driving. Both my sisters had a great experience with him as well.

Gordon is a fantastic instructor, he very kindly got me out of a pinch and accommodated me when my original instructor let me down before my test. I honestly believe if it hadn’t been for Gordon I wouldn’t have had a hope in hell of passing, but under Gordon’s tuition I passed first time and am forever grateful.

I recently had two refresher sessions with Gordon as I'd not driven for 12 years. We met before the sessions to discuss my requirements, any concerns I might have and what I wanted to get from the time together. A very positive experience and I would thoroughly recommend.

I would highly recommend Gordon as a driving instructor, especially to anyone who may be slightly nervous about learning. My daughter has been extremely anxious learning to drive and Gordon was simply amazing - so patient, kind and encouraging with her. My daughter passed her test today and could only have done this with Gordon’s guidance.

Today, I took my Rospa Advanced Driving Test with Gordon as the examiner.

As you can imagine, this can be a stressful task, but Gordon put me at ease straight away with his pleasant manner. When we were ready to start the test, I felt extremely comfortable and confident.

During the test Gordon made time for a conversation about events during the journey and allowed me to express my views.

If I we were to recommend a driving instructor, I would have no hesitation in recommending Gordon to any pupil.

Good lesson rates with the option of buying in block. Also always helped with any question I had with a really clear responses whenever I messaged. Great teacher too.
