I would strongly advise people to stay well away from Good Life Plus!
They send you messages making it sound like you’ve won something, getting you all excited, when in reality all you’ve won is entries into another prize draw! It’s a clever way of enticing people into signing up for a paid membership without actually winning anything.
And as for all the glowing five-star reviews, I’d take those with a pinch of salt! During the initial “you’ve won” phone call, the call handlers actively encourage you to leave a five-star review and mention their name, claiming they’ll be entered into another prize draw if you do. This is before you’ve even had a chance to use the service! It certainly makes me question how many of those reviews genuinely reflect customers’ experiences.
Then, when you decide you want to cancel, they make you jump through hoops! Their own website clearly states you can contact them by phone or email to close your account, yet when you email them, you’re told you have to phone instead. Why make it so easy to sign up but so unnecessarily difficult to leave?
The whole experience feels misleading and manipulative. In my experience, it’s far more focused on getting people to sign up than providing anything of genuine value
Been chasing up a withdrawal for over two weeks now. Friday they said "We can confirm that your £[X] withdrawal will be credited to your account today. [...] Please accept our sincere apologies for the service you have received and for the time taken to resolve this issue." Well it's Saturday now and that didn't happen. This is after previous lies and gaslighting, so no not resolved and I will keep wasting as much time emailing and phoning until I get my money!
You should be able to cancel with a click on the website, but no you gotta do a bleeding phone call. Waste of time
liars that make it easy to take your money but good luck gettin it back!!
Had an issue with some points today and wasn't sure what to do.phoned services and spoke to Tracey who explained the process to me and corrected my mistake.how nice to speak to such friendly helpful staff.
Make it very easy to deposit with card. But it you want to withdraw they ask bank details and ID. They say it will take up to 7 working days. After that time passed I emailed, they said Tuesday it would clear. It didn't, I emailed twice to chase up so far no reply. I've been waiting 14 so far and when I chased them up by email so far I've not had a reply and they cancelled my withdrawal request! It's less than £14 I'm trying to withdraw as well not a big sum.
Update: GLP replied saying it would go in my account today (Friday). Well it didn't, just more lies from this scumbag company 🙃

Very polite and friendly staff. Explained everything what I have asked and was very patient.
Spoke to Jamie this morning she was really professional and helpful.
The call was answered very promptly, I wasn't Inna qué long at all. The girl on the phone (Jordan) was lovely and very helpful had my problem resolved in no time. Well chuffed that I chose to call and not just message and await a reply.
Had an email yesterday (05/10/26) with a winning prize of a LAND ROVER DEFENDER!!! 😭😭😭 Got the call this morning from Jamie to confirm, thank you very much Jamie, I appreciate you ❤️💕
I have been subscribing to good life + for many years. They say that I have more chance in winning a prize with them than I would be doing the lottery. This is a load of rubbish. I have won quite a lot of times on the lottery during the same period I have been doing the good life. What have I won on the good life. Nothing what so ever
Waste of time and money , got email once saying i won and when called them suprise suprise there has been a flirch and i didnt won nothing , and when you ask them to cancel subscription through email apparently thats not possible , played for 3 years and didnt won anything at all , proper scamming site
