Failed after switching phones.
I successfully used GoMoWorld for a trip previously. I got a new phone so the eSIM showed up on my new phone but said “no sim.” I couldn’t find a way to redownload the sim nor any help information about this so I couldn’t use GoMoWorld again. Unfortunately I had already paid for the plan for my next trip.

Terrible service
Terrible service – would not recommend Italy.
The connection in Italy was absolutely awful. Social media was painfully slow and Google Maps was often practically unusable, which is unacceptable for a travel data plan.
I contacted customer support multiple times, and their solution was repeatedly the same: “restart your phone.” I did exactly that, but nothing improved.
After 10 days of struggling with the connection, I eventually ran out of data. GoMoWorld then used the fact that I had consumed around 90% of the allowance as the reason for refusing a proper refund. Of course I used the data — I had been trying to use a service that was painfully slow and unreliable.
After repeatedly complaining and explaining the situation, they offered only a 30% refund, which they claimed was their maximum.
Extremely poor service, frustrating customer support, and an unfair approach to refunds. I would definitely not recommend GoMoWorld.

i didnt get any connection. An ai agent responded after an hour giving almost no information at all. i am a regular customer of gomoworld, and i know how the settings should be. When a real support person wrote me back, it was too late and i already bought data pack from a local operator.
